Contract
A Project management contract is where the client mandates Roxor to manage the design phase as well as the construction phase of the project for an agreed upon fee. Roxor will then collaborate with the mandated design team with the aim of ensuring a cost efficient design while ensuring budgetary and scheduling constraints are met.
There are two main advantages to using a project management contract. • Roxor will work closely with the design team to develop a cost efficient design. The team will collaborate to reduce construction costs while maintaining the required quality control of the end product.
• Roxor is able to mobilize early in the process and commence certain construction activities prior to the completion of the design phase hence saving substantial time on the project.
